Summary: The secretariat participated in an Investment Core Group meeting organized by SEATINI. The main focus of the meeting was to discuss and advocate for a review of the Investment Code Act. During this engagement, we addressed existing gaps and emphasized the inclusion of key provisions related to Human Rights Impact Assessments and performance requirements.
